Reparex Stainless Steel Mechanical Repair System is absolutely the smoothest handling, strongest and most impact resistant steel rebuild system available. A truly premium combination of epoxy matrix and high grade stainless steel for precision and long term dimensional stability.

The stainless steel system is available as a liquid and a putty.

Both liquid and putty are mixed 1:1, has a viscosity of 6500 cps, a working time of 20 minutes and cure time of 4-8 hours. It can be used up to 225°F. The liquid has tensile strength of 4800 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 18,000 psi. The putty has tensile strength of 4500 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 18,000 psi.

Applications Include: Restore geometry, rebuild worn rings, refit keyways, repair hydraulic cylinders and for tooling.
